Job summary

MHA Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to independently manage assigned IT projects, ensuring delivery meets scope, timeline, quality, and business objectives.

The role involves developing project plans, steering cross-functional teams across development, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and external stakeholders, owning risks, dependencies, and releases, with a focus on process improvement and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience independently managing IT Projects / Workstreams from planning to production release.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Project Planning, Risk Management, Change Management, UAT, and Release Process.
• Strong Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, Stakeholder Management, and Communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage assigned IT Projects / Workstreams, ensuring delivery meets Scope, Timeline, Quality, and Business Objectives.
• Develop and manage Project Plans, Timelines, Milestones, Task Breakdown, and Priorities.
• Lead coordination across Development, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, Business, Operations, and external stakeholders.
• Take ownership of Project Progress, Risks, Issues, Dependencies, Blockers, and Escalations, driving timely solutions and recovery plans.
• Manage Requirements, Scope Changes, Priorities, and Stakeholder Expectations to ensure clear alignment.
• Coordinate Development, Testing, UAT, and Production Release, ensuring project readiness and smooth delivery.
• Prepare Project Status Reports, Risk Updates, and Management Updates to provide clear project visibility.
• Drive Process Improvement, Automation, Digitalization, and AI to improve efficiency and reduce manual work and errors.
• Guide and coach Junior Project Coordinators / Project Coordinators and support team capability development.
• Support the Project Manager / Manager in key projects, resource planning, project reviews, and strategic initiatives.
