Job summary

DKSH is seeking an Executive, Technical Support to ensure IT infrastructure reliability across its outlets. The role focuses on POS systems, outlet connectivity, and data integration to support DKSH's sales operations.

You will deploy POS terminals, monitor networks, coordinate with mall management for data integration, and work with the MYIT team on back-end scripts. Strong communication, analytical skills and ability to prioritize are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years IT management experience.
• Foundational hardware and networking knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with office administration procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan, configure, and coordinate deployment of POS terminals to outlets.
• Monitor and troubleshoot outlet network connections for uptime.
• Coordinate with mall management for sales data integration.
• Develop and implement back-end data transfer scripts with MYIT team.
• Manage end-to-end POS operations and issue resolution.
• Review data synchronization across systems and rectify discrepancies.
• Handle administrative duties including asset tracking, billing, and interface monitoring.
