Job summary

JurisTech in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Project Management Office (PMO) Executive to help govern enterprise software delivery and keep projects on track. You will support governance, reporting, and resource optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to governance, project delivery, and transformation initiatives, with opportunities to grow into PMO leadership roles within a banking technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or a related field and PMO exposure.
• Experience in project coordination or PMO governance is preferred.
• Exposure to banking, fintech, or financial services is a plus.
• Familiar with Agile and/or Waterfall lifecycles; Scrum/Kanban/SAFe knowledge is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain standards for Project Management within the organization.
• Ensure adherence and continuously enhance Project Management best practice.
• Delivery support and governance: monitor progress and ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Integrate governance and dependency management across projects and deliverables.
• Allocate resources and resolve resourcing conflicts with BU Heads.
• Support value delivery, cost savings, and benefits realization from project initiatives.
• Assist risk identification and evaluation of aggregate risks.
• Prepare periodic dashboard reporting for Senior Management.
• Provide presales/sales support: responsible for SoW and project initiation.
• Support handover and knowledge transfer during project closure and handover to operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As part of the PMO function, you will play an important role in helping project teams stay organized, aligned and on track. You will gain hands-on exposure to the governance and execution of enterprise software delivery projects while supporting key stakeholders across the business.

In this role, you will:

• Define and maintain standards for Project Management within the organization.
• Ensure adherence and continuously enhance Project Management best practice.
• Delivery support and governance: Monitor progress and ensure successful delivery of the projects.
• Integrate governance, dependency management: Identify/manage dependencies across the projects/deliverables.
• Project Resource optimization by allocating appropriate project resources across all the projects and resolving project resourcing conflict with respective BU Heads.
• Value delivery and benefits realization: Achieve cost savings and efficiency gains from project resource rationalization.
• Risk management and opportunity identification: Assist identification of threats/opportunities and evaluation of aggregate risks.
• Periodic Dashboard Reporting: Preparation of periodic dashboard reporting for Senior Management.
• Provide Presales/Sales support: Responsible for SoW and project initiating.
• Support the handover and project knowledge transfer to the Operation Team during Project Closure stage.
• Direct oversees initiatives or projects that collaborated with Business Unit Head.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, dependable, and eager to grow in project delivery and PMO.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• Around 2–5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, project administration or project support
• Experience in software, technology, banking, fintech or financial services environment is an advantage
• Good understanding of project management concepts and delivery lifecycles
• Exposure to Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies; knowledge of Scrum, Kanban or SAFe is a plus
• Strong coordination, documentation and reporting skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project or similar platforms is an added advantage
