Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of technology projects across our digital ecosystem. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, QA teams and external vendors to ensure project are delivered on time, within budget and with quality.

We are looking for someone who can oversee end-to-end delivery, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage scope and risks,

Qualifications

2–3 years of IT project management experience.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
Experience delivering enterprise software projects.
Experience managing mobile app and web app projects.
Strong skills in creating project plans, meeting minutes, user stories and timelines.
Preferable background in Fintech, Payments, Banking or E-wallet industries.
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, REST APIs, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Huawei Cloud), CI/CD and web/mobile development.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end IT projects and ensure successful delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Development, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, Compliance and Operations.
Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks and resources.
Oversee software development projects including Web, Mobile App, AI platform and Super App initiatives.
Manage third-party vendors, partners and API integrations.
Improve project governance, documentation and delivery processes.
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet quality standards.
Support company expansion through scalable digital platforms.
Oversee UAT, production deployments and post-launch support.
Strengthen project management capability and improve operational efficiency.

About the Role

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

2-3 years of working experience in IT project management
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
Experience in delivering enterprise software projects
Experience in managing mobile app and web application projects
Good at preparing project plans, meeting minutes, user stories, project timelines
Preferable working in Fintech, Payment Gateway, Banking or E-wallet industry
Good understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile/Scrum, REST APIs, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Huawei Cloud), CI/CD and Web or Mobile application development.
