Job summary

Jora Malaysia is looking to ensure staff training in IT-related areas and to manage daily and monthly backups and data indexing. The role involves generating reports and making databases accessible to users across departments.

The position also requires analyzing existing IT-related practices to support better management decisions and coordinating with external vendors for changes or enhancements to reporting and data operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide necessary training to staff/colleague in area where IT related.
• Perform daily & monthly back up & indexing of necessary data & program and make available reports and necessary database to users.
• Analyze & outline existing company practices and processes which are IT related in ways that will help the company to make better management decision.
• Make available monthly & periodical reports to managements & user departments and ensure they are generated timely with no material misstatement.
• Develop or confers with outside vendors, as appropriate for changes /enhancements , to ensure that full operation, floor maintenance issue & management requirement of reports/results are addressed & resolved.
