Job summary

TITANICOM TECH LIMITED is seeking an IT Operations Technician to support 24/7 data centre operations in Kuala Lumpur. You will monitor the IDC environment, handle incidents, and perform routine maintenance alongside a hands-on team. Training and growth opportunities accompany a professional work setting.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of IT hardware, servers, networking, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in IT support, data centre operations, or infrastructure maintenance is an advantage.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform 24/7 shift operations in the IDC data centre.
• Monitor data centre environment, respond to incidents, and complete work orders per SOPs/SLA.
• Install, rack, cable, troubleshoot, and maintain servers and network devices.
• Conduct routine inspections and support preventive and emergency maintenance.
• Assist with equipment deployment, hardware replacement, and on-site tasks.

- Perform 24/7 shift operations in the IDC data centre.

- Install, rack, cable, troubleshoot, and maintain servers, network devices, and other IT equipment.

- Conduct routine inspections, identify potential risks, and support preventive and emergency maintenance.

- Assist with equipment deployment, hardware replacement, and other on-site operational tasks.

Requirements
