TITANICOM TECH LIMITED is seeking a Data Center Project Manager based in Johor Bahru to oversee on-site projects at the JB IDC data center. You will lead on-site teams, manage risks, and coordinate with Chinese clients and domestic teams. Fresh graduates welcomed, with a FE/IT or ELV background preferred.

The role emphasizes documentation, post-mortem analysis, and adherence to safety and O&M standards while mentoring junior staff and driving on-site efficiency.

Data Center Project Manager (Based in JB, Fresh Grads welcomed)

Responsible for full-process management of on-site projects at the Johor Bahru IDC data center, overall management of on-site personnel, risk control, and handling of abnormal incidents to ensure stable operation of data center infrastructure.

Serve as the primary on-site contact person to discover new customer needs, align requirements, close the loop on issues, conduct commercial reconciliations, and handle working hour settlements.

Leverage FE/IT technical background to mentor junior technicians, provide backup coverage for customer data centers, output operation standards and technical guides, and organize internal practical training to improve overall team technical capabilities.

Responsible for data center infrastructure inspections, solution implementation, and incident post-mortems; able to use scripting tools to optimize on-site O&M processes and promote on-site standardization.

Familiar with local labor compliance requirements, follow up on personnel attendance, performance, credentials, and visas, and handle personnel changes.

Compile project documentation, SOPs, and incident reports to accumulate on-site experience and sync with the domestic project center.

Job Requirements

Proficient in Chinese communication, able to communicate seamlessly with Chinese clients and domestic teams; basic reading and writing skills in English are preferred.

Technical background in FE/IT preferred, ideally majoring in extra-low voltage (ELV) or automation; possess basic technical knowledge of data center infrastructure, able to read drawings and troubleshoot basic faults; ability to mentor junior personnel preferred.

Rigorous in work, strong sense of responsibility, strong ability to work under pressure, good cross-cultural communication, and strong documentation and post-mortem reporting skills.

Agree with client IDC O&M standards, value information security and site safety management.
