Job summary

Berjaya Corporation Malaysia is seeking an IT professional to manage IT infrastructure across our manufacturing operations in Johor Bahru. You will provide daily IT support, oversee system maintenance, and help strengthen cybersecurity controls to ensure reliable IT services.

The role requires 3–5 years of IT support, knowledge of networks, Windows environment, ERP/MES/HR systems, and strong communication. You will also participate in IT projects and maintain documentation and asset records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 3–5 years of IT support experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of networks, Windows, hardware troubleshooting and cybersecurity.
• Experience with ERP/MES/HR systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
