The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience focused on System Operations, a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, and proficiency in various monitoring tools. The position requires shift work to maintain 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in IT Operations with a strong focus on System Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree holder in Information Technology or related discipline.
• Proficiency in application monitoring tools and network monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure IT service availability and minimize business impact of IT outages.
• Perform system monitoring on IT infrastructure, including servers and networks.
• Assist the shift manager in monitoring and managing batch jobs.
