Job summary

Titanicom Tech Limited is seeking an IT Operations Technician based in Kuala Lumpur to support the data centre's daily operations. You will work in a 24/7 shift pattern, monitor environmental conditions, and handle incidents and standard work orders following SOPs and SLAs.

The role involves installing, racking, cabling, and maintaining servers and network devices, performing routine inspections, and assisting with equipment deployment and replacements on site.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of IT hardware, servers, networking, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in IT support, data centre operations, or infrastructure maintenance is an advantage.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is preferred.

Responsibilities
