You will translate customer feedback into practical improvements, collaborating with Category Management, Platform Governance, Seller Engagement, Logistics and Product teams to drive key projects and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on management of day-to-day operations to enable "One and Done" delivery for customers engaging via Live Channel.
• Drive customer experience from feedback insights; convert pain points into actionable short- and long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with Category Management, Platform Governance, Seller Engagement, Logistics and Product teams to drive key projects.
• Constructive feedback to internal stakeholders.
