Job summary

Western Digital Capital is seeking a Professional 1 in Information Technology to oversee IT operations and maintain critical IT infrastructure. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to IT Service Level Agreements, manage IT security, and enhance IT systems reliability. A strong foundation in AI, Data Analytics, and excellent problem-solving skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in the IT Operation field.
• Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Analytics is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure and operations.
• Oversee IT operations for user support systems.
• Ensure adherence to IT Service Level Agreements.
• Conduct monitoring and reporting of IT service performance.
• Administer IT Security solutions and Patch Management systems.
• Liaise with Global Network and Server teams.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives.
