Job summary

Two95 International Inc. seeks an experienced Operations Manager – Infrastructure to lead and optimize our 24x7 IT infrastructure operations. You will manage critical incidents (P1/P2), coordinate PIRs, and ensure exceptional service delivery to clients across geographies.

Strong leadership will guide remote teams within a managed services framework. The role requires deep technical insight into data center services, ITIL-aligned processes, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations.
• Proven experience in managing 24x7 operations and critical incidents.
• Experience leading remote teams and global delivery models.
• Exposure to managed services environments and vendor governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day infrastructure operations ensuring high availability and performance.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards.
• Lead and drive P1/P2 incident calls with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure timely resolution and communication to stakeholders.
• Conduct and review PIRs with root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Act as primary contact for customer escalations.
