Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations or technical support (LAN/WAN/Cloud/System).
• Certifications in networking, systems, virtualization, cloud, or IT service management are advantageous.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to rotate 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support IT systems and core infrastructure services, including Windows servers and applications.
• Support network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, SD‑WAN, wireless).
• Respond to incidents promptly and document resolutions in the incident management system.
• Execute standard service requests and changes across SD‑WAN platforms (Cisco Viptela, Velocloud, RansNet, SilverPeak, Fortinet).
• Perform daily health checks, log reviews, and system performance monitoring to meet SLAs.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and coordinate with vendors and specialist teams.
• Participate in maintenance activities and operational improvements.
• Communicate status updates to IT teams and stakeholders and follow security policies.

Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated IT Operations Engineers to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the continuous monitoring, support, and maintenance of customers SD-WAN solutions and overall IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a solid technical foundation, strong problem‑solving capabilities, and the ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.

• Proactively monitor and support the performance and availability of IT systems, including windows/servers, virtualization platforms, applications and core infrastructure services. Provide first‑level support and troubleshooting for detected issues.
• Proactively monitor and support network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, SD‑WAN, and wireless solutions. Provide first‑level support and troubleshooting for detected issues.
• Respond to and resolve IT incidents in a timely manner, adhering to established procedures and escalation protocols. Accurately document incidents and resolutions within the incident management system.
• Execute predefined standard service requests and change requests across various SD‑WAN platforms such as Cisco Viptela, Velocloud, RansNet, SilverPeak, and Fortinet.
• Perform daily health checks, log reviews, and system performance monitoring. Ensure all scheduled tasks are completed within agreed service levels.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and coordinate with specialist teams and vendors.
• Participate in maintenance activities and operational improvements.
• Maintain clear communication with internal IT teams, stakeholders, and end‑users. Provide timely updates on incident status and operational activities.
• Follow company policies and regulatory standards to ensure secure and compliant IT operations.

Skills for Success

• Graduate from Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations or technical support (LAN/WAN/Cloud/System).
• Relevant professional certifications in networking, systems, virtualization, cloud, or IT service management (e.g., ITIL, CCNA, CCNP, VMware, or SD‑WAN vendor certifications) are advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; keen interest in information security and network reliability.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Work Schedule: Rotating 12‑hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays (24x7 coverage).
• Rotational Shift: 12‑hour shifts alternating between day shift and night shift, each starting at 8:30am and 8:30pm. Engineers will work a 2‑days‑on, 2‑days‑off roster.
