We are seeking a seasonedNetwork Engineerwith extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-grade networks, particularly in software-defined WAN (SD-WAN), LAN, and WLAN infrastructures usingCiscoandVersatechnologies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise inCisco SD-WAN(mandatory), TCP/IP, and a broad range of network protocols and architectures includingMPLS, BGP, OSPF, and SDN elements such asNFVandSASE. Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP), security platforms (Zscaler, Imperva), and automation (Python scripting) is highly advantageous.

This role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to successfully drive complex projects in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate modern software-defined WAN, LAN, and WLAN infrastructures using Cisco, Versa, Aruba, and other relevant technologies.
• Identify and select appropriate network solutions aligned with business objectives and requirements.
• Develop, deploy, and troubleshoot enterprise network deployments with deep technical knowledge, particularly in routing, switching, SD-WAN, wireless, and large-scale network environments.
• Continuously enhance the network through improvements, automation, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Demonstrate excellent technical knowledge, troubleshooting, problem analysis, and innovative thinking.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across various audiences, both orally and in writing.
• Take personal ownership of projects, handle pressure confidently, and actively drive initiatives to successful completion.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience:
• Minimum 10 years in network design and delivery of technology-centric, customer-focused services.
• Minimum 3 years in modern software-defined networks, preferably in cloud-based environments.
• Education:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• Versa Certified Administrator – SD-WAN Specialist or Versa Certified SD-WAN Associate (VNX100)
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent
• Technical Expertise:
• Advanced knowledge ofVersa Secure SD-WANandCisco SD-WAN; experience with medium to large-scale deployments (Cisco SD-WAN is mandatory).
• Strong understanding ofTCP/IP concepts and fundamentals.
• Working knowledge ofWAN, SD-WAN, LAN, SD-LAN, WLAN, and NGFW technologies.
• Familiarity with network RFCs, protocols, transports, and standards such asMPLS, Internet, VxLAN, IPsec, QoS, BGP, OSPF, GRE, and other related WAN/LAN technologies.
• Understanding of SDN additional elements, e.g.,NFV, SASE, Versa Secure Access, Cisco Umbrella.
• Cloud networking knowledge, includingDirect Connect, ExpressRoute, and multi-cloud connectivity (Equinix, Megaport).
• Fundamental knowledge ofWireless, DHCP, DNS, IPAM (DDI), proxy, WAF, CDN, and DDOSconcepts and platforms such asInfoblox, Zscaler, Akamai, Imperva.
• Integration experience between modern networks and cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous.
• Knowledge ofSaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and virtualizationis advantageous.
• Scripting or coding skills (Python) are a plus.
• Experience with internal and external monitoring, management, and reporting tools such asSpectrum, SevOne, CyberArk, ThousandEyes, MS Entra IDis advantageous.
