Swisslog is seeking an IT Support professional to provide L2 support across computers, Microsoft 365, and meeting-room technology. You will own incidents and requests through ticketing tools, coordinating with global IT teams.

The role covers device deployment, local servers, and network equipment, with travel within Malaysia and occasionally APeC. You will contribute to IT project work, security compliance, and budgeting, ensuring purchases align with approved budgets and controls.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in IT or related field.
• 2–5 years in onsite, desktop, helpdesk, workplace, or infrastructure support.
• Strong Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, VPN, MFA, and basic networking troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L2 support for computers, Microsoft 365, applications, mobile devices, connectivity, and meeting-room technology.
• Own incidents and requests through ticketing tools, coordinating resolution and escalation with global IT teams.
• Manage device deployment, repairs, inventory, and joiner, mover, and leaver support.
• Provide approved hands-and-eyes support for local servers and network equipment.
• Support IT projects, security compliance, documentation, and service improvements across Malaysia and APeC.
• Contribute to annual IT budget planning, monitor spending, flag variances, and ensure purchases follow approved budgets and controls.

What you need to succeed

• Diploma or degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Typically 2–5 years in onsite, desktop, helpdesk, workplace, or infrastructure support.
• Strong Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, VPN, MFA, and basic networking troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with general ticketing tools and ITSM processes; Intune, Entra ID, or Active Directory exposure is advantageous.
• Strong service ownership, communication, prioritization, and documentation skills.
• Professional spoken and written English; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia and occasionally APeC, and provide out-of-hours support when required.
• 1 year contract under an employment agency, assigned to work with Swisslog.
