Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Project Engineer to plan, implement, and maintain IT projects and network infrastructure. You will work with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure efficient, on-time delivery aligned with requirements.

You will manage planning, coordination, and documentation, with a focus on resolving issues quickly and maintaining project quality. The role requires English proficiency and the ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• 2+ years of hands-on troubleshooting experience with OS, networks or servers in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and incomplete documentation.
• Strong sense of urgency, time-management, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage IT infrastructure, network, system, and technical projects from initiation to completion.
• Act as the main point of contact between the company, clients, technical teams, and vendors for project-related matters.
• Oversee the implementation, configuration, deployment and maintenance of network and IT infrastructure projects.
• Monitor project progress, timeline, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
• Prepare project plans, progress reports, meeting minutes, and documentation.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, acceptance, and handover of completed projects.
