Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, track progress, manage documentation, and facilitate stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities include scheduling, reporting, risk escalation, and supporting resource planning, process improvements, and governance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
• Monitor project timelines and escalate delays or concerns when necessary.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders and team members.
• Support resource planning and task allocation activities.
• Ensure project records are organized and updated.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers as required.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives and project governance activities.
