Job summary

Popular Book Co. (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Chief IT Officer to oversee daily IT operations, ensuring stability and security of all systems, and to lead ERP, infrastructure, helpdesk and development teams.

You will shape technology strategy, manage budgets and vendors, deliver projects aligned with business objectives, and document key decisions and procedures; travel to oversee implementations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or a related discipline
• 10–15 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience supporting retail operations and enterprise applications
• Strong command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
