Job summary

Randstad Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Head of IT to lead and mentor the IT team, driving innovation and continuous improvement across technology services to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will define the IT vision and roadmap aligned with business goals, collaborate with leaders to digitise operations, and oversee cloud, cybersecurity, and IT operations for resilience and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in IT infrastructure with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience leading enterprise technology strategy in ICT, distribution or systems integration.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management.
