Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology is required.
• More than 15 years of experience in an IT management or senior IT support role.
• Strong technical expertise across network administration, server management, ERP, WMS, MS SQL, Crystal Reports, Power BI, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and implement IT system plans, policies, and procedures to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Analyze business processes and operational requirements, translating them into effective and scalable IT solutions.
• Recommend and implement appropriate technologies for IT infrastructure and systems to support and drive business objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Monitor IT systems and performance proactively to minimize unplanned outages and downtime.
• Develop and strengthen IT functional capabilities through employee development initiatives, including relevant IT training programs.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate the IT team to work collaboratively and efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and the IT team to ensure technology, infrastructure, and operational requirements are met.
• Plan, manage, and execute the IT department budget, ensuring alignment between costs and business value.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, cybersecurity standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
