Develop, maintain, and implement IT system plans, policies, and procedures to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
Analyze business processes and operational requirements, translating them into effective and scalable IT solutions.
Recommend and implement appropriate technologies for IT infrastructure and systems to support and drive business objectives.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Monitor IT systems and performance proactively to minimize unplanned outages and downtime.
Develop and strengthen IT functional capabilities through employee development initiatives, including relevant IT training programs.
Supervise, mentor, and motivate the IT team to work collaboratively and efficiently.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and the IT team to ensure technology, infrastructure, and operational requirements are met.
Plan, manage, and execute the IT department budget, ensuring alignment between costs and business value.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, cybersecurity standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
More than 15 years of experience in an IT management or senior IT support role.
Strong technical expertise in network administration, server management (i.e ERP, WMS, MS SQL, Crystal report, Power B1, Sharepoint)
Proficiency in project management, budget control, and vendor management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to lead and motivate a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment
Proven track record of implementing innovative technology solutions to improve business operations
