Job summary

The role focuses on ensuring technology supports growth, efficiency, and scalable operations across the organization, with leadership over the IT team and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5-8 years IT experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in ERP implementation or administration is required.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud services.
• Good leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Occasional local travel is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall IT operations, systems, and infrastructure.
• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation from requirements to go-live.

Position Overview

The Assistant IT Manager will play a strategic role in the company's digital transformation journey, focusing on evaluating, sourcing, and implementing a unified ERP and CRM system to integrate core business functions - including sales, inventory, invoicing, and delivery tracking.

This position is responsible for ensuring that technology supports business growth, enhances efficiency, and enables data-driven decision-making through dashboards and process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end ERP implementation, including requirement gathering, system configuration coordination, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Work with internal departments to map and optimize business processes for ERP readiness.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors and consultants to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage daily IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth system performance.
• Maintain and update IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Ensure data security, access control, backups, and cybersecurity measures are in place.
