Job summary

Golden Screen Cinemas is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our IT Operations across corporate and cinema sites. You will drive reliability, security, and scalability of our technology ecosystem and partner with business units to enable growth.

In this strategic role, you will oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and vendor relations, build a high-performing team, and set standards for governance, incident management, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience in infrastructure, ops, cybersecurity, and vendor mgmt.
• At least 5 years of leading teams in enterprise IT operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and project delivery skills.
• Experience in retail, entertainment, F&B, or customer-facing industries is an advantage.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.

We're looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and elevate our IT Operations function. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our technology ecosystem across corporate and cinema operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead IT Operations, Infrastructure, Helpdesk, and Service Delivery teams
• Drive cybersecurity, governance, compliance, and risk management initiatives
• Oversee cloud, data center, network, and business-critical infrastructure environments
• Manage IT projects, budgets, vendors, and technology roadmaps
• Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, incident management, and operational excellence standards
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
• Build, coach and develop a high-performing team of IT professionals

What We're Looking For

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years of IT experience with strong exposure to Infrastructure, IT Operations, Cybersecurity, and Vendor Management, with at least 5 years leading teams and managing enterprise IT operations.
• Proven people leadership experience managing technical teams
• Strong stakeholder management and project delivery skills
• Experience in retail, entertainment, F&B, or customer-facing industries is an advantage
• Passion for leveraging technology to enable business growth and enhance customer experiences
