Job summary

Golden Screen Cinemas Sdn. Bhd. (GSC) is seeking a strategic technology leader to ensure reliability, security, and scalability of its IT ecosystem across corporate and cinema operations.

You will lead IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Service Delivery while driving cloud, data center, network, and cybersecurity initiatives, partnering with business stakeholders to foster innovation and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience including Infrastructure and IT Operations.
• Proven leadership of technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery skills.
• Experience with cybersecurity, governance, and risk management.
• Exposure to retail or customer-facing industries is a plus.
• Passion for leveraging tech to drive growth and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Experience in retail, entertainment, F&B, or customer-facing industries is an advantage
• Passion for leveraging technology to enable business growth and enhance customer experiences
