Job summary

Golden Screen Cinemas Sdn. Bhd. (GSC) is seeking a strategic technology leader to ensure reliability, security, and scalability of its IT ecosystem across corporate and cinema operations.

You will lead IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Service Delivery while driving cloud, data center, network, and cybersecurity initiatives, partnering with business stakeholders to foster innovation and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience including Infrastructure and IT Operations.
• Proven leadership of technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery skills.
• Experience with cybersecurity, governance, and risk management.
• Exposure to retail or customer-facing industries is a plus.
• Passion for leveraging tech to drive growth and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Operations, Infrastructure, Helpdesk, and Service Delivery teams.
• Drive cybersecurity, governance, compliance, and risk management initiatives.
• Oversee cloud, data center, network, and critical infrastructure environments.
• Manage IT projects, budgets, vendors, and technology roadmaps.
• Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, incident management, and operational excellence standards.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team of IT professionals (11 team members).
