Job summary

TGV CINEMAS SDN BHD invites a seasoned data engineering leader to design and implement the Enterprise Data & AI Platform, driving data management, analytics and AI initiatives across the organisation. You will build scalable AWS-based data platforms, develop data pipelines, governance, APIs and internal web apps, and deliver enterprise dashboards using QuickSight to empower self-service analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Data Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Data Engineering, Cloud Engineering, App Development, Data Warehousing or System Integration.
• AWS, Microsoft, AI or Data Engineering certifications are advantageous.

Lead the design, development and continuous enhancement of the organisation's Enterprise Data & AI Platform. This role is responsible for enterprise data management, analytics, AI solutions and digital innovation, while building internal capabilities and reducing reliance on external vendors.

Key responsibilities

Build and manage a scalable, secure AWS-based data platform.

Develop and maintain data pipelines, integrations and governance standards.

Ensure trusted, accessible data for analytics, reporting and AI initiatives.

Develop APIs, integrations and reusable technology components.

Build internal web applications and workflow automation solutions.

Deliver enterprise dashboards and reporting solutions using Amazon QuickSight.

About you
