Private Advertiser is seeking a dynamic Head of IT to lead the Group's technology function and drive digital transformation across the organisation. The role blends hands-on leadership with strategic business focus, translating technology into practical solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen operations and enable growth across multiple sites in Malaysia.

You will shape IT strategy, oversee cybersecurity, data protection, vendor management and budgets, and develop a high-performing IT team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in management.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operations.
• Experience managing projects, vendors and budgets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in multi-site environments.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.

Minimum 8 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position.

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity and IT operations.

Proven experience in managing IT projects, vendors and budgets.

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Commercially minded with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.

Experience managing multi-site or multi-outlet environments will be an advantage.
