Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/CE or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networks and server administration.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers.
• Administer LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, firewalls, routers and switches.
• Install and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file servers.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Implement IT security measures including endpoint protection and access control.
• Support ERP, MES, email, databases from an infrastructure perspective.
• Plan upgrades and expansion of servers, networks and infrastructure.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation and network diagrams.
• Provide Level 2/3 infrastructure support.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance and support.

Purpose:

Responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, cybersecurity, and IT hardware, to ensure stable, secure, and efficient business and production operations.
