Job summary

OrderPin POS is seeking a dedicated Merchant Support and Software Enhancement specialist to help merchants configure products, gather feedback, and work with developers to implement improvements.

You will assist with installation, deployment, and training, tailoring software solutions to merchant needs and providing tutorials to ensure users maximize the system's capabilities. Fluency in Malay and English is required; knowledge of software or hardware is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Malay and English (Chinese a plus).
• Knowledge of software or hardware is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist merchants with configuration of products and functionalities.
• Respond to merchant queries and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with development team to implement software enhancements and address issues.
• Provide tutorials and deployment support to merchants.
• Tailor software solutions to merchants' needs and optimize processes.
• Proactively detect and troubleshoot system issues.
