Job summary

Dash Touch Solutions / DST POS is seeking an Operations Executive (Internship) to support our POS-system business. The role blends on-site operational work (~30%) with customer service and coordination (~70%).

You will assist customers with POS systems, handle inquiries, and help coordinate service requests. Fresh graduates are welcome; English and Bahasa Malaysia communication is required, with Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, IT, Operations Management, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in customer service, operations, retail technology, POS systems, IT support, or field service will be an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.
• Friendly, patient, responsible, and able to communicate clearly with customers.
• Able to work independently while coordinating effectively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day customer support through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and remote assistance.
• Handle customer enquiries, POS-system issues, service requests, and follow-ups in a timely manner.
• Record, track, and coordinate support tickets with the technical and operations teams.
• Conduct on-site visits for POS installation, basic setup, customer training, troubleshooting, servicing, and project support.
• Assist customers with POS hardware, printers, barcode scanners, payment devices, and related system components.
• Coordinate appointment schedules, service jobs, deliveries, installation activities, and customer handovers.
• Follow up with customers after installation or service to ensure issues are resolved and customer satisfaction is maintained.
• Prepare simple service reports, job updates, customer records, and internal operational documentation.
• Support the team in improving service processes and maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
