Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Malaysia is seeking a IT professional to develop and support system integrations, manage EDI and API connections, and identify automation opportunities. The role emphasizes building Power BI dashboards for operational insights and collaborating with business users, customers, and IT teams to deliver efficient solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a IT-related degree, experience in integration projects, and strong SQL skills, plus familiarity with logistics systems such as

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Experience in system integration, EDI, API, or automation projects.
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Experience developing dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, WMS, TMS, or SAP environments is an added advantage.
