Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a technical professional to develop and support system integrations across internal and external applications. You will manage EDI and API integrations with customers and partners, troubleshoot data flows, and identify automation opportunities to streamline processes.

You will design and maintain Power BI dashboards for operational insight, collaborating with business users, vendors, and IT to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy and performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or related field.
• Experience in system integration, EDI/APIs, or automation projects.
• Proficiency with SQL and database concepts.
• Experience in Power BI or similar BI tools for dashboards.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; logistics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support system integrations between internal and external applications.
• Manage and maintain EDI and API integrations with customers and business partners.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data flow issues.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve business processes.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for operational and business insights.
• Work closely with business users, customers, vendors, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and process efficiency.
