Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise integration, API development, middleware, or related fields.
• Experience working in complex SAP and Microsoft enterprise environments.
• Experience with integration governance and architecture is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into scalable, business-aligned integration solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integrations between SAP and non-SAP applications using API-led, event-driven, and messaging-based architectures.
• Provide technical consulting and support for integration initiatives, ensuring successful project delivery and adoption of integration best practices.
• Define, promote, and govern integration standards, architecture principles, API lifecycle management, and enterprise integration frameworks.
• Advise project and technical teams on integration patterns, data exchange strategies, event streaming, and enterprise application connectivity.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among SAP, Microsoft, infrastructure, application, and project teams, while troubleshooting integration issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining technical documentation and architecture standards.

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Integration Consultant to join our Data Exchange team. This role is responsible for designing, enabling, and guiding enterprise integration solutions across SAP and Microsoft ecosystems. The successful candidate will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable API-led and event-driven integrations, while establishing integration best practices, standards, and governance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into scalable, business-aligned integration solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integrations between SAP and non-SAP applications using API-led, event-driven, and messaging-based architectures.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Application and Process Integration.
• Experience with API design, REST, OpenAPI, OData, API Management, API Governance, API Gateway, and Developer Portals.
• Knowledge of data mapping, transformation, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with HTTPS, REST, OData, SOAP, and SFTP protocols.
• Strong understanding of Event-Driven Architecture, Pub/Sub, asynchronous messaging, eventing, and queueing.
• Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, OData, RFC, IDoc, and CloudEvents.
• Knowledge of Microsoft integration technologies such as Azure API Management, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Event Grid, and Service Bus is highly desirable.
