Job summary

DZH International Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Manager / Assistant Manager (Support) in Kuala Lumpur to manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure and Microsoft 365 environment. The role requires hands-on expertise across servers, networks, and security, plus strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years hands-on IT infrastructure experience, with deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, VPNs, and firewalls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on IT Infrastructure experience covering servers, networking, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, and IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD) and cloud services.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, VPN, firewall, network infrastructure, IT hardware, and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with PABX/VoIP, vendor management, IT compliance, and infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Leadership or team management experience is an advantage.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred, as the role requires liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, hardware, VPN, firewall, and Microsoft 365 environment.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 technologies, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID (Azure AD), user provisioning, licensing, and security administration.
• Ensure infrastructure stability, security, and availability through troubleshooting, patch management, backup, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure operations, support critical incidents, and deliver infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with Application, Cybersecurity, Business teams, and vendors to support business initiatives and digital transformation.
• Coordinate infrastructure projects, including server upgrades, Microsoft 365 implementations, cloud migration, and system enhancements.
• Coordinate vendors, system upgrades, cloud services, PABX/VoIP, and maintain IT documentation.
