Job summary

BP Healthcare Group is hiring an IT Hardware Support Executive for our Kuala Lumpur team. You will handle basic IT troubleshooting, operate computer systems, and support network issues to ensure smooth patient-focused operations.

The role requires a degree in IT/CS, strong MS Office skills, and at least 1 year of related experience. Fresh graduates are welcome, and immediate availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Being able to start immediately is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Basic computer/software troubleshooting.
• Knowledge on how to operate computer.
• Knowledge on how to troubleshoot network.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Perform user requirement review and analysis.
• Prepare required documentation.
• Provide IT system support.
• Perform system testing.
• Provide a status report to the IT Manager.
• Ensure organisational standards and processes are followed and adhered to.
• Rostered to be on call at all times.
