Job summary

Kagina Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Fulfillment Specialist to manage asset lifecycles across hardware and software, from forecasting through secure retirement. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT asset management or related IT operations.

• Experience coordinating quotes, lead times, and requisitions with procurement/finance teams.

Job description

The IT Fulfillment Specialist is an experienced operational role supporting Customer's Modern Workspace and EUC environment. This position manages hardware and software assets across the full lifecycle—from forecasting, procurement, receiving, inventory accuracy, deployment, compliance, refresh planning, and secure retirement.

Key responsibilities

Maintain the asset register and reconcile physical inventory against recorded data through regular audits.

Work directly with vendors to obtain quotes, validate pricing and availability, and use finance/procurement systems to raise purchase requisitions and track approvals.

Track software licensing, entitlements, and true-up requirements to keep the estate compliant.

Manage warranty coverage, support contracts, and renewal timelines with advance notice to stakeholders.

Coordinate stock levels for standard hardware, spares, and consumables against forecast demand.

Process retirement, secure disposal, and redeployment of returned assets with certificates and records.

Manage receiving, tagging, and stockroom organization across sites and staging areas.

Fulfil hardware and software requests, tracking them through approval, issue, and handover.

Support onboarding and offboarding logistics so joiners and leavers have assets issued and recovered on time.

Report on asset utilization, spend, and lifecycle status to inform refresh and budget planning.

About you

5+ years of experience in IT asset management, IT fulfillment, inventory control, procurement support, service delivery, or related IT operations.

Strong working knowledge of asset lifecycle practices, including receiving, tagging, deployment, reconciliation, transfer, redeployment, refresh, and secure disposal.

Experience working with vendors to request quotes, compare pricing, confirm lead times, and coordinate with procurement and finance teams to raise purchase requisitions in finance/procurement systems.

Understanding of software licensing, entitlements, compliance reviews, warranty coverage, support contracts, vendor true-ups, and renewal forecasting.

Ability to manage stock levels, spares, consumables, returned assets, redeployment, retirement, secure disposal, and records.

Experience fulfilling hardware and software requests through approval, issue, handover, onboarding, and offboarding workflows.

Ability to report on asset utilization, spend, lifecycle status, refresh planning, and budget-supporting data.

Excellent organizational, communication, documentation, vendor coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
