Qualifications

SENIOR IT EXECUTIVE - INFRASTRUCTURE OPERATION

Monitor and maintain IT asset lifecycle management, ensuring hardware and software align with organizational needs.

Enforce IT security policies and compliance standards to protect organizational data and infrastructure.

Perform regular system audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures.

Promote cybersecurity awareness by organizing phishing simulations and awareness training sessions.

Foster a culture of continuous learning by introducing new IT tools and best practices to employees.

Lead IT projects to enhance collaboration between different team.

2. End User Computing Operations and Support

Streamline IT processes through patch management and scripting to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.

Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to manage IT procurement, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Conduct yearly asset inventory stock take for all EUC assets (laptop/desktop/monitors/etc) to ensure all EUC assets are accounted for and are at the location’s stated in the inventory system.

Manage endpoint security solutions, including antivirus, bitlocker encryption, and endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools.

Provide remote and on-site support, ensuring a seamless IT experience.

Develop and maintain knowledge base documentation to enhance user self-service capabilities and reduce support requests.

3. Cross-Functional Operations & Escalation Support

Tier 2/3 Senior Escalation: Serve as the technical authority and escalation point for complex server, storage, and networking issues across all IT teams.

Operational Readiness Support: Provide structured office hours and after-hours support for critical terminal infrastructure to ensure uncompromised 24/7 port throughput.

Ad-Hoc Management, Technical & Operational Scope: Perform other duties as assigned, consistent with the individual's technical experience, job responsibilities, and seniority level.

Organization & People Growth

Participate in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

Conduct internal training sessions on IT security, compliance, and best practices.

Research and prepare improvement study papers on IT infrastructure advancements.

Support employee development through mentorship and knowledge sharing.

Education & Qualification

A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience (e.g., 3+ years) in IT infrastructure management, network administration, and working understanding of ITSM/ITIL.

Proficiency in server administration, network management, operating systems, storage, virtualization, Database and backup system.

Experience in Information Security Management System (ISMS).

Skill & Requirements

Demonstrated experience in leading and managing technical teams effectively.

Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, risk management, and compliance standards.

Previous involvement in managing IT projects, from planning to execution.

Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

Experience in managing relationships with vendors and partners for hardware, software, and services.

Skill in identifying process inefficiencies and proposing enhancements for better operational efficiency.

Ability to swiftly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless operations.
