Job summary

Kagina Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Fulfillment Specialist to manage asset lifecycles across hardware and software, from forecasting through secure retirement. You will maintain the asset register, coordinate quotes with vendors, track licensing, and liaise with procurement and finance to raise requisitions.

The role requires 5+ years in IT asset management, strong organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT asset management or related IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle processes including receiving, tagging, deployment, reconciliation, transfer, redeployment, refresh, and disposal.
• Experience coordinating quotes, lead times, and requisitions with procurement/finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain asset register and reconcile physical inventory with records through audits.
• Coordinate quotes, pricing, and procurement workflow using procurement/finance systems.
• Track software licensing, entitlements, and true-ups to ensure compliance.
• Manage warranties, support contracts, and renewal timelines with stakeholders.
• Forecast stock levels for standard hardware, spares and consumables.
• Process retirement, secure disposal, and redeploy returned assets with records.
• Oversee receiving, tagging, and stockroom organization across sites.
• Fulfill hardware/software requests through approval, issue and handover.
• Support onboarding/offboarding to ensure assets are issued/recovered timely.
• Report asset utilization, spend, lifecycle status, and refresh/budget data.
