Job summary

MYFutureJobs is recruiting on behalf of an established EMS in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan. The IT Executive will provide end-user support and manage desktop, server, and network maintenance in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires 2–5 years of project experience, fluency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, and a Diploma/Bachelor in IT. This is a permanent contract with a monthly salary of RM3,000–RM5,000.

Qualifications

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT or related background.
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ project experience preferably in manufacturing industry.
Languages: Chinese (Mandarin), English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of IT networks, servers, security, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Provide solutions and technical support to end-users on IT-related issues.
Set up, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, notebooks, databases, servers, and network including firewall rules, IP configurations, LAN, WAN and intranet settings, VPN and production workstations.
Deploy and administer NAS storage with user access control and storage quotas.
Perform routine data backups for Applications, Email, and Network File Server.
Manage IT hardware/software asset inventory and license renewals.
