Job summary

PGEO Edible Oils Sdn Bhd - Packaging Division (A Member Of Wilmar Group Of Companies) in Pasir Gudang is seeking an IT Executive – Business Partnering & BPA for a full-time on-site role. You will bridge business and IT, analyse requirements and drive automation across ERP and enterprise systems.

The role requires a IT-related bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience in IT partnering, analysis, and project coordination, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with business users to understand business needs, pain points and process requirements.
• Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into IT solutions and system enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to improve, streamline and automate business processes.
• Coordinate IT projects and system implementations from requirements gathering through to implementation.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and vendors to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Support UAT, system enhancements, issue resolution and post-implementation activities.
• Develop and maintain process flows, system documentation and user guides.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions based on business requirements and feasibility.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a bridge between business and IT.

IT Executive – Business Partnering & Business Process Automation (BPA)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an IT Executive – Business Partnering & Business Process Automation (BPA) at PGEO Edible Oils Sdn Bhd - Packaging Division (A Member Of Wilmar Group Of Companies) located in Pasir Gudang.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Information Systems or a related discipline.

1–3 years of relevant experience in IT business partnering, business analysis, systems implementation, digital transformation, process improvement, business process automation or a similar role.

Strong understanding of business processes and how technology can be used to improve them.

Experience in gathering and translating business requirements into system or technology solutions.

Experience in IT project coordination or project management.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Analytical and problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.

Experience working with ERP, business applications, workflow automation, low-code/no-code platforms or other enterprise systems will be an advantage.

Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, HR or other business functions will be an added advantage.
