Job summary

PGEO Edible Oils Sdn Bhd, Packaging Division (a Wilmar Group company), is seeking an IT Executive – Business Partnering & BPA in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia. The role focuses on bridging business needs with IT solutions, driving process automation and digital transformation across manufacturing, supply chain and finance functions.

You will collaborate with business users, gather requirements, translate them into IT improvements, coordinate projects, and support UAT and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS or related discipline.
• 1–3 years in IT business partnering, analysis, digital transformation or related roles.
• Experience with ERP and enterprise systems is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of business processes and technology alignment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business users to understand needs, pain points and process requirements.
• Gather, analyse and translate requirements into IT solutions and system enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate business processes.
• Coordinate IT projects and system implementations from requirements to deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams and vendors to ensure solutions meet needs.
• Support UAT, enhancements, issue resolution and post-implementation activities.
• Develop and maintain process flows, system documentation and user guides.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions based on business feasibility.
• Build relationships and act as a bridge between business and IT.
