Job summary

CS Eco Glass (M) in Seremban seeks an IT/Systems Administrator to manage core business systems and office IT infrastructure, including OA, ERP, MES, PDA and consumption systems. You will test, train, report issues and implement new requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT, fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, strong analytical skills, independence, and at least 3 years in manufacturing IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Technically competent with good analytical skills and independence.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of working experience in manufacturing IT.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain subsidiary modules (OA, ERP, MES, PDA, consumption systems).
• Test, train, report issues, and resolve internal business systems.
• Research new requirements, system implementation, and training.
• Maintain office IT equipment, surveillance devices, and networks.
• Inspect and maintain status of business system servers in the data center.
• Maintain video conferencing equipment and telecom devices.
• Daily troubleshooting and maintenance within the company.
• Demonstrate strong learning ability and adaptability.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job description

• - Responsible for the management and maintenance of subsidiary modules within the company's internal business systems, including OA, ERP, MES, PDA, and consumption systems;
• - Responsible for testing, training, issue reporting, and resolution of internal business systems;
• - Responsible for researching new business system requirements, system implementation, and training;
• - Responsible for the maintenance of company office terminals, IT equipment, surveillance devices, and office networks;
• - Responsible for maintaining and inspecting the status of business system servers in the company’s data center;
• - Responsible for the maintenance of company video conferencing equipment and telecommunication devices (excluding parts managed by the carrier);
• - Responsible for daily troubleshooting and maintenance within the company;
• - Possesses strong learning ability and adaptability;
• - Completes other tasks assigned by superiors.

• 1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• 2. Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• 3. Technically competent with good analytical skills, result oriented, proactive, resourceful with a high degree of independence and perseverance.
• 4. Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision, excellent time management, priorities and organizational skills to work on multi-tasks with high sense of urgency and tight deadlines.
• 5. At least 3 years of working experience in the manufacturing environment.
