Job summary

EAST ASIA PALM PRODUCTS SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking an IT Support professional to assist users with computers, operating systems, applications, printing, scanning, and problem resolution.

You will support the network infrastructure including LAN, Wi‑Fi, broadband, network storage, routers, switches and wireless access points, and participate in future enterprise system implementations as part of the project team.

Qualifications

• Support computers and peripherals including operating systems, applications, printing, scanning, etc.
• Support for network infrastructure such as LAN, WiFi, Broadband, network storage, routers, switches, and Wireless Access Points.
• Working experience in IT Support (hardware, software, networking).

Responsibilities

• Manage and support any future enterprise system implementations (be part of the project management team)

Job description
