Job summary

Biszon Flexipack Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur area (Headquartered in Kuala Lumpur) is seeking an IT professional to maintain and enhance its ERP web applications and SQL Server databases in Shah Alam. You will develop and support system modules, reports, and dashboards, while collaborating with users to improve workflows and ensure data accuracy.

The role requires 2–5 years in application support or software development, experience with ERP systems, SQL Server, and API integration, plus familiarity

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, CS, SE, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in application support, software development, or database management.
• Experience with ERP systems and web applications.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, T‑SQL, stored procedures, and database troubleshooting.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and system integration is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation, and AI‑assisted application development.
• Knowledge of IT security, database backup and recovery, and change management.
• Good analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently and with different departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve ERP systems and web applications.
• Develop and maintain web applications, system modules, reports, and dashboards.

• Coordinate with vendors and third-party systems for API integration and system upgrades.

• Perform database backups, restore tests, integrity checks, and maintenance.
• Identify and implement AI tools that improve productivity and efficiency.
• Develop AI‑assisted workflows, internal assistants, and automation solutions.

Job description

To maintain and support the company's IT systems, ERP web applications, SQL Server databases, and AI tools. The role helps ensure reliable systems, accurate data, efficient operations, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve ERP systems and web applications

Develop and maintain web applications, system modules, reports, and dashboards

Test, debug, deploy, and document system changes

Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and system integration is preferred

Familiarity with AI tools, automation, and AI-assisted application development
