Job summary

Crescendo International School Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking an ICT/AV support professional to help maintain learning technology and support staff and students across the campus. You will deliver system-wide technical assistance, troubleshoot Windows and Mac OS, and assist with the school management system, CCTV, POS and other IT-related needs while collaborating with educators and administrators.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/ICT with 1–2 years of experience, be fluent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/ICT.
• 1–2 years of related work experience.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Apple macOS environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ICT and AV provisions meet teaching, learning and staff needs efficiently.
• Provide system-wide technical support to curriculum and administration.
• Support ICT attainment by maintaining hardware and assisting staff, students and parents.
• Troubleshoot Mac and Windows OS issues.
• Have basic knowledge of Windows Server, POS, CCTV and school management systems.
• Good knowledge of G Suite environment.
• Be a proactive team player and learn new skills to support end users.

Candidate must possess at least Professional Degree/ Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Information Communication Technology or or equivalent.

Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia

At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Strong technical knowledge in Server and Network

Ability to work with efficiency and flexibility.

Mature, quick learner and adaptable to the operational needs.

Responsibilities

• 1. To ensure that ICT and AV provision meets the learning, teaching and research needs of academic staff and students, and the needs of support staff, taking account of the requirements for economy, efficiency and effectiveness in the utilisation of available resources.
• 2. Responsible for system wide technical support to curriculum and administration.
• 3. To help raise attainment in ICT across the school, by ensuring hardware resources are well maintained and by ensuring that staff, pupils and parents are supported in using ICT to support learning.
• 4, Familiar with Mac and Windows OS and competent to troubleshoot & rectify any issues related to both OS.
• 5 Require basic knowledge in Window Server, POS, CCTV and other IT related systems eg. School management system.
• 6. Good knowledge in the GSuite environment.
• 7. A good team player and to be proactive in learning new skills / support end users.
