Job summary

Crescendo-HELP International School (CHIS) is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Science for an urgent hire. The role covers the Cambridge curriculum across KS3-5, offering Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at IGCSE and A Level with Chemistry ability to A Level as an advantage.

Teaching across KS3-5, you will collaborate with colleagues to plan lessons, develop investigative skills, and contribute to curriculum development and enrichment programs within CHIS’s vibrant international

Qualifications

• Degree and university-based teaching qualification with a national/state teaching licence
• Strong understanding of the UK and Cambridge curricula
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with other international curricululam (e.g. IB, ICA, US)
• Experience working in Southeast Asia or East Asia
• Ability to offer Chemistry to A Level
• Immediate start

Crescendo-HELP International School (CHIS) is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Science for an urgent hiring. The Science faculty follows the Cambridge curriculum across Key Stages 3 to 5, offering Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at both IGCSE and A Level.

This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring educator with a strong understanding of scientific principles and a passion for nurturing curiosity and critical thinking. While Physics is the primary focus and subject need, the ability to offer Chemistry up to A Level is a distinct advantage. The successful candidate will teach across Key Stages 3-5 (including some KS3 classes) and contribute to a culture of high expectations, academic rigour, and the Joy of Learning that defines our school.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging lessons, develop students' investigative skills, and prepare them for success in the Cambridge examinations. You will also play an active role in curriculum development, enrichment activities, and initiatives that connect Science with CHIS’s wider academic and co-curricular programmes.
