Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT Engineer to join the Devices and Deployment Support team. You will manage the full lifecycle of corporate devices (laptops, desktops and peripherals), and perform Windows device deployment using standard images and automated tools.

You will configure and enroll devices with MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, prepare and image new devices for end users, and support refresh, replacement, and decommissioning processes, ensuring security and proper

• Experience managing lifecycle of corporate devices.
• Experience with Windows deployment using images and automation.
• Familiarity with MDM solutions such as Intune or Autopilot.

• Manage the full lifecycle of corporate devices (laptops, desktops, peripherals).
• Perform Windows device deployment using standard images and automated tools.

• Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and deployment-related issues.

• Document deployment procedures, standards, and troubleshooting steps.
• Provide end‑user guidance during onboarding and device setup.
