Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and hardware devices
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues in a timely manner
Perform user account setup, access management, and system configuration based on business requirements
Support IT onboarding and offboarding activities, including device setup, deployment, and recovery
Monitor and maintain desktop systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability
Assist with software installation, updates, patches, and system upgrades
Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN-related problems
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, IT assets, and technical procedures
Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues
Provide guidance and technical support to end users to improve overall IT experience
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in desktop support, IT helpdesk, or technical support roles
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and hardware troubleshooting
Experience with user account management, Active Directory, and IT support tools is an advantage
Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Good communication skills with the ability to support users with different technical backgrounds
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise issues based on urgency and business impact
Customer-focused mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
