Job summary

EPOS Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on IT Operational Support Intern to assist in end-to-end hardware deployment, system testing, on-site troubleshooting, and operational tasks driving smooth service delivery. You will join a dynamic team supporting POS hardware, kiosks, printers, and tablets.

You’ll gain exposure to client deployments, collaborate with internal teams, and build hands-on coordination skills for future opportunities.

Qualifications

Interest in IT systems, hardware deployment, or technical operations.
Willingness to handle physical setup tasks and support field deployment needs.
Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
Detail-oriented and eager to learn with a solution-driven mindset.
Able to work independently and in a team setting.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience in troubleshooting hardware/software is a plus.
Hands-on experience in deployment, hardware testing, and system support.

Responsibilities

Prepare and test hardware such as POS systems, kiosks, printers, tablets for deployment.
Assist on-site deployment and installation at client locations, ensuring proper setup and configuration.
Troubleshoot hardware and system issues during and after deployment.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather resources for deployment.
Help manage inventory, maintain documentation, and support operational logistics.
Provide general support to daily workflows contributing to business continuity.
