Job summary

Hilti (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Business Analyst for Fleet Management to translate business needs into IT solutions in a global, agile setting in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will work on a unique Fleet Management solution and ensure seamless customer journeys with cloud/on-premise integrations to SAP S/4HANA.

Role requires 0-2 years in SAP/IT BA, strong communication, and comfort collaborating with international teams using Atlassian tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant education.
• 0-2 years of experience as an SAP Consultant or IT Business Analyst in SAP ERP modules like SAP SD or SAP CS including custom interfaces and system integrations.
• High level know how working with software development tools (Atlassian stack, JIRA, Confluence).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with global partners to build bonds, inspire, influence, and accomplish goals.
• Demonstrated multi-tasking ability, self-motivation, quick learning agility, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to effectively work with team members & customers around the globe in a virtual environment.
• Strong proficiency in the English language, an agile mindset, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to embrace change & new technologies.

IT Business Analyst – Fleet Management

Hilti Fleet Management is our strategic service offering to manage our customers’ construction tools efficiently. In the role of IT Business Analyst for Fleet Management, you are responsible for transferring business requirements into IT implementations. You will be located in our strategic IT office in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and you will be part of our global Product IT team.

What You'll do

As an IT Business Analyst you are responsible for parts of our unique Fleet Management solution, its professional operation, and the transfer of customer needs into value-adding and sustainable solutions. With your detailed understanding of business processes and related IT systems, you are recognized as the expert for a specific business process and product. You implement and support our global product offerings and provide a seamless customer journey by using user centricity and cloud/on-premise solutions in an agile manner. You contribute to the creation of digital solutions in our application landscape, which combines mobile applications and cloud-based solutions with close integration to our ERP system SAP S/4HANA.

What You'll Bring
